I had a great experience with Vic. I was having overflow issues from the gutter at the front of my porch and wanted a gutter cleaning quote, but he noticed from the ground that it looked like the porch was angled in a way that would keep the water away from the gutters even when the gutters were... clean. He hopped up on the roof with his level, and sure enough, that was the issue. He recommended rain chains at both of the front corners of the porch along with the cleaning, and after a very rainy weekend, I’m pleased to report that they’re working great and solved my issue. I appreciate that Vic came out for the quote in person and approached my job with a problem-solving lens instead of just lining me up for consistent gutter cleanings that wouldn’t have solved the underlying issue. We had Victor come out to take a look at a gutter issue we had. Not only did he make time to come out same day - he presented a few different solutions, and suggested one that he literally did for us in 5 minutes and did not charge us for. This is the kind of service that makes me a lifelong... customer. He could have kept the cheap solution to himself and charged us hundreds of dollars for a solution to our issue, but instead laid out all the solutions he could think of, went over the pros and cons with us, and offered us time to think. I had Vic install mesh on all my gutters last year after a series of gutter cleaners flaking out on me. I have a pretty tall pitched roof surrounded by pine trees and the mesh does a good job keeping the pine needles from clogging my downspouts. I still have him come out once a year to do a moss... cleaning on my roof and brush debris off the mesh. Price is reasonable. He also installed a connector spout from my top roof to into the gutter of my garage overhang. I didn't know that the homebuilder should have installed this to prevent moss from growing from the water runoff.read more

Vic was very flexible with scheduling, came out last minute to take care of everything including removing the terrible Leaf filter product and installing the new, great product on the gutters on my house. He fixed several downspout/gutter issues completely missed or ignored by the Leaf filter... contractor. One of the issues caused water to gush out of the top of an elbow, on the second story downspout, putting the foundation of my house at risk. Vic even installed a downspout leading from a second story gutter, connecting it to the first story gutter so that water would not drain out directly onto the first story roof. All this, for a great price! I wish I'd done the research from the start and skipped Leaf filter altogether and found Vic instead!read more

Vic and his team are great. Great service, quality work and excellent product. We went with the gutter filter system and so far very happy with the new gutters. Vic also cleaned the roof and applied moss treatment - the roof looks brand new. I was a bit disappointed with all the gutter sludge mess... left behind. However, it was a really gross day -pouring down rain the entire day in freezing temperatures and they had minimal access to our water hose to wash the mess off the house, porch and patio. Vic's work ethic, the quality of his work, and his customer service skills are excellent. We scheduled 7 weeks out and Vic did the work on the day scheduled.We originally had some work done by LeafFilter - their installer informed us they couldn't install about 90 feet of gutters that their... estimator assured us they could, because our house is on a hill and the decks are high. Vic was able to install these gutters without a problem. For many, he simply removed the guard walls and worked from the deck. He accessed one deck from a ladder on the side rather than coming through our house, so as not to dirty our carpet.Vic also removed the moss from our roof, and we'll definitely have him come back for periodic roof cleanings.I wish we had found Vic first and had him install all our gutters.read more

Vic did it all. I searched for a “professional”with experience in gutters (and associated roofing) to perform: onsite inspection, cleaning, repair and leaf guard installation. Not only did he present as Professional but also was courteous, informed, knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to... what i needed to be done and provided the solution.
